To improve the Revlon Marketing Team's functional knowledge around consumer and shopper insights to help unlock growth opportunities
We developed an interactive and engaging training workshop to embed a consistent understanding of insights and a common language for the team. The course was written to incorporate relevant, female-targeted case studies and engaging insight generation tasks.
The project also includes a live issue practice session where current Revlon business issues are used to further cement the insight tools and theories.
